Aquí en Chicago: Project Kickoff and Community Gathering

Get acquainted with Aquí en Chicago, the Chicago History Museum’s forthcoming
project and exhibition opening in 2025 inspired by students from Rudy Lozano
Leadership Academy (Instituto Justice and Leadership Academy). Join us to celebrate
the persistence and presence of Chicago’s Latino/a/x communities through the lens
of social justice and learn how you can get involved!
Hear from CHM president Donald Lassere, exhibition curators, and project advisors
as we learn about the plans for Aquí en Chicago. Guests will also enjoy drinks and
bites and an artistic activation reflecting the upcoming exhibition.
