Join the Costume Council of the Chicago History Museum for a presentation of the book "Bill Cunningham Was There" on Wednesday, March 16 at 5:30 p.m. at the Woman's Athletic Club of Chicago. The 5-star book follows the famed NY Times photographer who chronicled society and fashion with his images of the vibrant events of spring and summer. Guests will enjoy wine, hors d'oeuvres, and a presentation by the book's co-authors: Steven Stolman, design and entertaining icon, and John Kurdewan, digital fashion editor for the New York Times.
Sponsors and Costume Council Patron members are invited to attend a VIP meet-and-greet book signing with the authors preceding the event.
Please note: individuals who are not fully vaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times while in the Club.
