Take a sip of history and learn how everyone’s favorite beverage built Chicago. We invite you to join us as the Guild learns from Liz Garibay, Executive Director of the Chicago Brewseum, and Laurin Mack, owner of Siepp Brewing Company. Laurin’s great-great-great-grandfather founded this historic brand of beer, which was served during the Chicago World’s Fair. Guests will hear these experts discuss Chicago’s rich beer history and brewery culture, enjoy bites, and sample historic brews at Metropolitan Brewing. Tickets include heavy appetizers and two beers, plus a sample of Siepp’s historic brew.
